Please inform by forwarding this message to as many people as possible to attend to show solidarity and our strength to the international community, the UK political establishment and the Government of Sri Lanka.

Sri Lankan Government and their State press have been reporting that 'Black July' events organised by the Tamil Diaspora should be interrupted by the Sri Lankan High Commissions in respective countries.

The above makes it more of a reason for every Tamil here in the UK to show solidarity and be joining the vigil to mark respect to the victims of communal riots particularly in 1983 and 1956. It is also to protest against the current Sri Lankan Government's WAR against the Tamils and it's fast deteriorating human rights record!
